So, how about getting to the basics:-
Best Photo-Editing Software:
All Softwares have their own advantages & disadvantages. A PSD
file can also be opened in various other softwares like Corel Photopaint,
Macromedia Fireworks, JASC's Paint shop Pro etc. All our web layouts
are designed keeping in mind Web requirements. We have given PhotoShop
source (PSD) files to provide you total flexibility. As for me,
I have considered Photoshop for this kind of an example.

Among these layouts, I have selected layout 'sample 1', because
it has a very prominent design. This design has a very peculiar
look. It is decorated with beautiful effects. Such kinds of designs
always catch the viewer's attention.
I will now explain this particular layout with ascending order of
its layers.
(Note: In (' ') displays
the layer name for your reference.)
Background: - If you see this layout, it has a black colour in the
'Background'.
Layout Design: - A particular design has been presented by giving
highlights on the center part of the layout. Two horizontal lines
are drawn passing through the layout, which are filled with gradient
combination of black to orange. Then comes the 'Ray Effect', which
again puts stress on the center part of the design. The 'Center
Effect' is given to pin point the center of the 'Ray Effect'. The
'Bottom Panel' Layer comprises a circle, which is placed on the
horizontal lines. Then comes the 'Right Panel Fill' Layer to hold
the buttons. Vertical as well as horizontal lines are drawn with
circular strokes and squares to define it a different look. The
'Right Panel Fill' is given an outline in the 'Side Panel Outline'
layer. The buttons (About us, Products, Clients, Feedback, Contact
us) are placed in the 'Right Panel Fill' area. Last but not the
least the logo is placed in the center of the 'Center Effect', thus
giving it a prominent position.
This is the overall description of the emphatic features of this
particular layout. I will now be changing it according to my client's
specification.

My client being an IT company wants me to design a site, which will
of course want lots of people visiting this site. Now to let you
know about my clients specification. I have my client's logo, some
very good business photographs & the details of the company.
My client has not mentioned about any specific colours to be used.
In some cases, the client themselves have their own fixed colours.
At that time you are supposed to use those colours only. In a corporate
firm these fixed colours are called corporate colours.
