This makes 5 prestigious awards within 6 months and confirms the consistent superior design capabilities Prent Corporation offers all of its customers.

In September 2001, Prent was honored with two awards from the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE). The HVR 4000 Snap Lid Retainer Prent designed for Cobe Cardiovascular (Arvada, CO) received the "Medical Shipping Container Award" and the Hoffman Sterile Wrist Kit created for DePuy Orthopaedics (Warsaw, IN) by Prent won the "Critical Barrier Packaging Award".

The winner of the "Light Gauge Industrial Packaging Category" went to the 512 Bladeless Trocar Handle Tote designed by Prent for Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc., shown above.

In January of 2002 Prent announced winning the prestigious "Worldstar Award" from the World Packaging Organization (WPO) for the second year in a row for a Steerable Catheter Tray / Universal Cable Coil Package designed by Prent Corporation for Boston Scientific Corporation (Natick, MA).

It's March and we are extremely pleased to announce two more awards. SPI announced the IsoloaderTM Package Tray / Retainer developed by Prent for Mentor (Minneapolis, MN) as the winner of the "TINA Light Gauge Medical Packaging Category" . The winner of the "Light Gauge Industrial Packaging Category" went to the 512 Bladeless Trocar Handle Tote designed by Prent for Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc. (Cincinnati, OH).
