SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AT THE ESD ASSOCIATION

20, 2005
During the December board meetings, held at headquarters in Rome, NY,
the ESD Association Board of Directors elected Kay Adams as Senior Vice
President for 2005. Kay Adams is the owner and founder of Tech Wear,
Inc. and has served on the ESD Association Board of Directors for six
years in the roles of board member, secretary, treasurer, and Human
Resources Business Unit Manager. In addition, Kay has served as a Working
group chair and has been an active member of Standards committees.
The previous ESD Association Senior Vice President, Mark Kelly, was
promoted to a new assignment within his company, Delphi. As a result,
he stepped down as Senior Vice President of the Association. We thank
him for his service and wish him the best for the future.
