All Exhibitors (and only Exhibitors) are invited to include
anything from a postcard to a catalog in the attendee tote bag.
The fees range from $300 to $2005, depending on the size of the
insert. Although participation is first-come, first-served, there
is a maximum of 15 pieces or a total stack of less than 2".
