EXHIBITS
It is a good idea for you to showcase your company in front of 3000
after-school care professionals who provide care to 2,000,000 children
and youth, isn't it?
The National
AfterSchool Association (formerly NSACA) Annual Conference is that
place for you. We will have a very walkable exhibit area with about
200 booths, a grand opening with food service, and with special
sessions right in the Exhibit Hall. Click here for Exhibit
Application.
While you may
think of this as the most traditional method for participating -
we've got even more innovative ideas for you.
PROVIDE
A SHOWCASE We will have space set aside in the Exhibit
Hall for you to reserve to host a showcase about your product or
service - 30 minutes with you "on stage." The showcase
schedule will appear in the Conference Program. If interested, please
contact Vicki Carr (carr@rniweb.com
or 508-879-4899). Space is limited. First-come, first-served.
EARLY
BIRDS GET THE MENTION Anytime information is printed
and there is room for an Exhibitor List, all exhibitors signed up
at that time will be listed.
TOTE
BAG INSERTS
All Exhibitors (and only Exhibitors) are invited to include anything
from a postcard to a catalog in the attendee tote bag. The fees
range from $300 to $2005, depending on the size of the insert. Although
participation is first-come, first-served, there is a maximum of
15 pieces or a total stack of less than 2". Click
here for more details.
LOGO
PROGRAM
Another "Exhibitor Only" program allows exhibitors to
create Conference Logo products for sale at their booth. NAA will
provide the logo in exchange for 9% royalty on sales. Click
here for details.
And in appreciation
for our vendors - there is again a true FREE LUNCH on Friday and
Saturday for each exhibitor attendee.
General information
on exhibiting can be found on the Exhibitor
Application with more detailed information included
in the Exhibitor
Agreement. The Floor
Plan is also available for your review.
Information
going to potential attendees and registrants will include the lists
of businesses and organizations signed up to exhibit at the Conference.
Not only is this another occasion of advertising for you, our attendees
like to plan their shopping as well.
ADVERTISING
You know that frequently an advertisement can help draw attention
to your exhibit booth. The advertising opportunities for 2010 include
not only the Onsite
Conference Program, but also the Preliminary
Conference Brochure. And new this year is the INFO
BAG. Can't come to the conference - send your material instead.
An info bag
(with a minimum of 5 participants) will be prepared and given to
attendees at registration. Send us your sell sheet, your catalog
- its less expensive than postage and we'll be providing a direct
delivery. Click
here for more details.
SPONSORSHIPS
Here's where we get creative. This is the place to really demonstrate
your alignment with the mission of NAA, with the goals of the attendees,
and with the desire to promote an outstanding experience at the
conference.
Sponsor opportunities
begin at $1500, but as you review
the specifics, you'll see how far your dollar is
actually going. Part of partnering is giving you good value. And
these sponsorships have two-way value as a focus.
